I live in Strood. I only have fish and chips when we visit our friends in Sittingbourne. My husband is greeted warmly as Uncle. We are never disappointed the food is always top notch. We won’t use anywhere else.

The food is fresh and also very nice. Great portion sizes. A couple of items on the menu I haven't tried like a pea fritter and a battered Mars bar. Service is always friendly. Best chip shop in town I'd say

Always friendly, chatty, we love them. Freshly cooked always hot never greasy, fat replaced regularly, my big problem, my bug bare, can't stand the smell of old fat. They are amazing, well done to you all, 👏 10 out of 10+ thank you for continuing to be the best 👌

WOW... There's no other word for it. Was staying close by in Sittingbourne and fancied some Fish & Chips, and Ossie's had good reviews so i thought I'd give it a try... THE REVIEWS ARE ABSOLUTELY SPOT-ON. Great takeaway...I cannot give it anything less than 10 out of 10. Tasty food, reasonable prices, great service and very friendly welcome. This Chippy is well worth travelling for. Shall definitely come back here again, the next time I'm here.. Ossie's is brilliant.

We live 6 miles away and pass 3 other fish and chip shops to buy their food. It really is the best. Beautiful light batter on the fish and chips like you had as a kid. Only newspaper missing. ( you have to be old to remember fish and chips wrapped in newsprint). ONLY DOWNSIDE, THEY DON’T DELIVER.
